April Glenn Cowan Elementary Scholarship

The April Glenn Cowan Elementary Scholarship was established in honor of April Glenn’s leadership at Cowan Elementary while serving as Principal. It provides scholarships to graduating seniors that at one point attended Cowan Elementary School and demonstrate financial need, leadership skills and academic achievement. NOTE: most of these students will attend Bowie High School.
