Community Foundation of the Great River Bend
This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Rock Island High School in Rock Island, Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA; plan to attend either an Illinois or Iowa university as full-time students; and be pursuing a major in nursing, science, or engineering. Financial need will be the major criteria for the scholarship (50%); merit will be evaluated by school activities, community and personal activities, and work experience (25%); achievement will be evaluated by ACT or SAT testing and school transcripts (25%).
