Graduating senior from a Lycoming County or Clinton County High School that have been in the foster care system or have legal adopted status. If no viable candidates fit the criteria, then students with an academic interest in health science may be considered. Applicant must have believed in her/himself and have demonstrated exceptional bravery, resilience, a winning attitude, and strong and steadfast values that in return have resulted in personal excellence.
