Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation
This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Olean High School in Olean, New York, and Otto-Eldred High School in Duke Center, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend a four-year college. Preference will be given to applicants who are majoring in elementary education, have a 3.5 GPA or higher and/or are in the top 25 percent of the graduating class, demonstrate financial need, and have a record of volunteerism.
