Applicant must be a graduating senior from Kerrville High School, Comfort High School, Center Point High School, Harper High School, Ingram High School, Our Lady of the Hills Catholic High School, or one who has attained a GED in Kerr County within the last year. Each applicant must have a 3.0 GPA or scored a comparable level on her GED.
