This scholarship is for residents of Burke County, North Carolina, who plan to or are currently enrolled in college. To qualify, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or better; be interested in pursuing studies in teaching, fashion design, or culinary arts; demonstrate scholastic achievement, academic ability, and leadership potential; and be involved in their community as demonstrated through volunteer work.
