Florida Council of the Blind (FCB)
This scholarship is for residents of Florida who are legally blind. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors or accepted for enrollment or currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, be seeking a college degree or certificate, and be enrolled part-time.
