Captain Kevin Kyle Mosley Private Pilot Scholarship

In memory of Captain Kevin Kyle Mosley, this scholarship was established by his family and friends as a lasting tribute to his love for aviation.

This annual scholarship awards one Oregon high school junior or senior (aged 16-18) with a passion for aviation to help him or her obtain a private pilot license (e.g. ground school instruction, dual and solo flight instruction, pre and post flight instruction, the FAA written test and flight examiner’s fee for the private pilot check ride).
