This scholarship is for first- and second-year undergraduate students who are enrolled in an eligible university in Brazil, China, India, Russia, or the United States. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be citizens or permanent legal residents; demonstrate high academic performance and leadership potential; and attend a partner university in the country of citizenship or permanent legal residency. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need, are from a disadvantaged or underrepresented group within their country, and specialize in fields of study that are identified as preferred fields (see each country's guidelines on website for more details).
