This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Foley, Gulf Shores, and Robertsdale High Schools in Alabama. Applicants must be admitted to a four-year Engineering curriculum at an ABET accredited university, demonstrate a financial need for the scholarship, and not be related to any Selection Committee Member of Vulcan Scholarships, Inc.
