This scholarship is for graduates or graduating seniors of high schools schools in Wood County, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to attend an accredited post-secondary school, interested in pursuing a career as an education professional. Selection will be based on financial need, achievement, and character.
