This scholarship is for high school students and adults up to 28 years old who are residents of Cleveland, Ohio, or its inner-ring suburbs. Applicants should demonstrate financial need. Leadership, personality, motivation, special skills and interests is considered. Preference is given to applicants with a GPA between 2.0 and 3.3 on a 4.0 grade scale.
