This scholarship is for Native Americans who are citizens of the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma. Scholarships may be used at any accredited public or private institution of higher education. Proprietary (for-profit) institutions, non-accredited institutions, and preparatory academies will not be funded. Scholarships may be used to obtain approved undergraduate and graduate degrees. Applied Science degrees, excluding the field of Nursing, will not be funded. Certificate and licensing programs will not be funded. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
