This scholarship is for students in Phoenix, Arizona. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend at least one College Depot expansion program at one of the following locations in the spring of 2013 (February 1 - May 31, 2013): Cesar Chavez, Cholla, Palo Verde, and South Mountain Libraries. Applicants must be enrolled in college full-time at the start of the 2013 semester and willing to participate in a College Depot expansion kick-off in the fall of 2013.
