This scholarship was established in memory of Palo Alto High School student, Courtney McCoy. Applicants must be a current graduating high school senior from Palo Alto High School planning to attend college. Students must have served as a teacher assistant or classified student service assistant as well as display a good attitude, initiative, and good attendance.
