Crowder Scholarship

Foundation for the Carolinas

This scholarship is for children of employees of general contracting companies headquartered in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Eligible companies must be members of the Carolinas Associated General Contractors of America. Employees must have worked for their general contracting company for at least three years prior to the application deadline. Eligible dependent are natural, adopted, and stepchildren, as well as wards; in the latter two cases, the applicant must live in the home with the eligible employee. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.0 GPA. Descendants of O. P. Crowder and W. T. Crowder, Sr. are not eligible.
