This scholarship is for high school seniors and full-time college freshmen and sophomores who are legal residents of Delaware. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must major in either environmental engineering or environmental sciences at a Delaware college. Applicants must be US citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicants must file the FAFSA prior to the application deadline. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, academic performance, community or school involvement, and leadership ability.
