Applicants must create a two - five minute video that shows how properly preparing for a hurricane can be a valuable tool in a way that will entertain viewers. Proceed to upload the video to your YouTube account, and then send the link of your video to [email protected]. Only students planning to or currently attending school in Florida are eligible.
