Dr. Elbert H. Caldwell Scholarship

East Texas Communities Foundation

This scholarship is for high school graduates and residents of one of select East Texas counties. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a career in a medically related field, particularly nursing. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 30 college credit hours in a medically related program in human healthcare with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or better.
