Dr. Roger and Kate Bartels Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation for Monterey County

This scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to talented students, one male and one female, who are graduating from high school in on the Monterey Peninsula and have elected to attend either a vocational, 2-year or 4-year college or university and major in the field of healthcare, science or the arts. Applicant must demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, acceptance at an institute of high education to pursue a degree in healthcare, science or the arts, and an essay of 250 words or less on why you would like to pursue a degree in healthcare, science or the arts. Open to students from Carmel High School, Marina High School, Monterey High School, Pacific Grove High School, Seaside High School, Stevenson School, Santa Catalina School, Trinity Christian High School, and York School.
