Dr. Wayne F. Rose Scholarship

First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania

This scholarship is for seniors at Loyalsock Township High School in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending a qualified institution of higher education and pursuing a career in education. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in working with children, exhibit an appreciation for the arts, and demonstrate family financial need (tax return(s) required for consideration). Applicants must demonstrate active involvement working or volunteering with children outside of school and typical class responsibilities and demonstrate participation in the arts while in school and/or through extracurricular activities.
