The Drexel University Liberty Scholars program helps recent Philadelphia high school graduates. This scholarship is for low-income students who are U.S. Citizens or permanent residents and reside in and who have graduated from a public, private, parochial, charter, or preparatory high school within the Philadelphia city limits are eligible to apply for the scholarship. City residents who are home-schooled will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The scholarship is open to all freshmen applicants in all majors as long as it is an on-campus, full-time, undergraduate program.
