Eligible applicants must be graduating seniors from a high school in Garland ISD in the state of Texas and have participated in the bilingual studies/ESL program. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and have achieved a 3.5 or greater cumulative GPA in all bilingual/ESL classes.
