Applicant must be an Owosso High School high school senior or a Graduate who was previously awarded the Moiles Scholarship. Graduates who received this scholarship as a high school senior are eligible to reapply multiple years, if they are maintaining passing grades in college. Applicant must plan to study math, science, business or in the technology field at a college in Michigan, excluding University of Michigan or University of Michigan Flint. Based on financial need.
