This scholarship is for students from one of the following Ohio counties: Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Hocking, Knox, Licking, Madison, Muskingum, Perry, or Union. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; a minimum SAT math score of 600 and a minimum SAT Reading or Composition score of 500; or an minimum ACT math score of 29 and English score of 25.
