Grace Tubbs Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Jackson County

This scholarship is for students in the Maquoketa, Iowa, area. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be seniors at Maquoketa High School or non-traditional (adult) students who live in the Maquoketa area. Non-traditional students do not need to have graduated from MHS. All applicants must be pursuing post-secondary education at a community college or at an accredited college or university; graduate study is not eligible. Selection for this scholarship will be based on financial need (50%), character (25%), and academic achievement (25%).
