This scholarship was established to provide educational opportunities for people living, or have lived within the past two years, in a Richland County transitional housing program or within Columbia Housing Authority transitional housing in Columbia, SC. Preference will be given to applicants with some degree of life and work experience, to include graduating high school seniors who already have life and work experience.
