The High Technology Scholars Program offers a scholarship, in addition to internship and loan opportunities, to West Virginia high school seniors who plan on majoring in a technology-related field at a West Virginia University or college. The student applying must be from one of the following counties: Barbour, Brooke, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Grant, Hancock, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Mineral, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Ritchie, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Wetzel, or Wood.
