HND Educational Scholarships
Hmong National Development (HND)
This scholarship is for Hmong students currently residing in the United States (biracial or 1/4 Hmong Americans are eligible). To qualify, applicants must be currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university with a cumulative overall 3.2 GPA or higher or graduate degree program with a cumulative overall 3.4 GPA or higher for the 2015-2016 school year.
