Hurliman Scholarship Foundation

This scholarship is for residents of Fremont, Custer, or Pueblo County, Colorado. To qualify, applicants must have applied to an accredited US college or university as full-time students and be accepted before the scholarship would be awarded. Applicants must demonstrate strength of character as evidenced by service to their school and community, three letters of recommendation, a personal essay, and a personal interview for top candidates.
