Inspirational Educator Scholarship

This scholarship is for undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a career in the education field. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must enroll full- or part-time in a degree seeking-program at a two- or four-year college institution. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in Hawaiian language, culture, and history; and a commitment to contribute to the greater community. Applicants must submit an essay on their commitment to education and how they would use the scholarship funds for educational costs. Applicants must also submit letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, employers, or coaches, citing examples of how the applicant has already worked in and will to continue to work with the Hawaiian community.
