Izzie's Gifts of Hope Foundation

This scholarship is for individuals who are organ transplant candidates, recipients, donor family members, or immediate family members of a transplant candidate or recipient. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending a college, university, trade, or technical school. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit a statement of education goals and a statement of how donation/transplantation has influenced their life.
