The CUNY Becas program of the Jaime Lucero Mexican Studies Institute a offers scholarships to CUNY undergraduate and graduate students who meet three criteria: academic achievement, financial need, and commitment to service in the Mexican community. Applicants must be enrolled full-time at a CUNY school, participate in monthly seminars, and complete a 200 hour internship in an affiliated nonprofit institution.
