This annual scholarship was established by Jami Harper for the benefit of a Nebraska graduating high school senior pursuing a water resources related field of study. Graduating high school seniors or students entering their sophomore, junior, senior or graduate years of study are eligible. Students can reapply in subsequent year and must be enrolled full-time.
