These scholarships are for graduating high school seniors who are student/youth members of Japanese American Citizens League (JACL). JACL members may be of any ethnicity. Applicants must be planning to enroll full-time in an accredited college, university, trade school, business school, or any other institution of higher learning within the United States in the upcoming fall semester. Application materials should be submitted to the applicant's local JACL chapter.
