State of Maryland International Reading Association Council (SoMIRAC)
This scholarship is for members in good standing of the State of Maryland International Reading Association Council (SoMIRAC). Applicants must be accepted and enrolled at a graduate or post-graduate student at and accredited college or university or involved in a project that promotes literacy. Applicants also must major in reading or a reading-related field such as English, or be conducting research or be participating in a literacy endeavor that benefits reading education.
