Joseph M. Ellis Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Washington County MD

Created in memory of Joey, this scholarship will make awards to students who show a proven commitment to community service, and can articulate the impact volunteerism has had on their chosen career path. Applicants must be US citizens who are graduating seniors at Boonsboro High School and have completed at least the minimum required number of community service hours. Sign Up to Start Applying
