This scholarship is for residents of Wayne County, Ohio, who are graduating high school seniors or who have completed their high school education. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled or enrolling as full-time students at a two- or four-year accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school (to include graduate school), pursuing a field of study in the medical or health and wellness professions.
