Justin Forrest Cox "Beat the Odds" Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for students graduating from a Victoria ISD high school in Victoria, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a "C" average or better and must have overcome a significant difficulty in graduating from high school. Applicants must plan to pursue a four-year bachelor's degree and complete at least 12 credit hours per semester.
