This scholarship was established to support a student who intends to pursue a degree in Business and Economics OR Accounting OR Finance and who has financial need. An applicant may reapply for their second year. The applicant must attend high school in Allegany County in New York State OR attend the Hinsdale High School in New York State OR the Portville High School in New York State.
