Kellen Biggar was a 2000 Waterville High School graduate who participated and excelled in every sport offered. He was a fierce competitor and participated in both basketball and track at the Community Colleges of Spokane. Eligibility: be a graduating senior of Waterville High School and have attended Waterville Schools for at least six years, participate in extracurricular Waterville High School sports for a minimum of two years, complete a minimum of two different sports seasons within one school year, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
