This scholarship is for high school seniors, undergraduate students, and graduate students who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and must be pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or vocational degree part- or full-time. Applicants must have at least one year of practical experience or training in instrumental music. Selection will be based on special skills; career goals; financial need; letters of recommendation; scholastic record; overall involvement in community, school, and work activities; and leadership.
