The Outer Banks Association of Realtors Scholarship is for local high school graduates with a strong academic record (i.e., minimum GPA of 3.0), financial need, good community involvement, strong character, and a positive work history. Eligible candidates include those planning to attend any four-year or two-year college or university, or any trade, technical, or vocational school.
