The scholarship is offered to an undergraduate student enrolled in an accredited paralegal or legal assistant program.
The applicant must reside or presently work in the Waterbury Judicial District (consisting of the towns of Middlebury, Naugatuck, Prospect, Southbury, Watertown, Wolcott, Woodbury and Waterbury).
