Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA)
This grant is for residents of Pennsylvania who are enrolled in a degree- or certificate-granting program of study at an approved Pennsylvania institution. To qualify, applicants must enter into a service commitment with the Pennsylvania National Guard for a period of six years.
