Pioneer Scholarship

Unity Foundation of LaPorte County

This scholarship is for residents of LaPorte County, Indiana, or someone who graduated from a high school in La Porte County. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be the first generation of their family to attend college or be a member of a minority population group. Applicants must demonstrate financial need (via FAFSA EFC result and the financial information on the application). Applicants should demonstrate a "pioneering" attitude, be willing to reach out to achieve their dreams; and show they will make the most of the scholarship opportunity and/or "give back" to others whether within the LaPorte County community or anywhere in the world.
