Ralph A. Milliman Scholarship
Community Foundation of Henderson County
This scholarship is for graduating seniors and graduates of public high schools in Henderson County, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have financial need. This scholarship is not based on merit; however, applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 or better. Applicants must be pursuing their education in a two- or four-year accredited college.
