The late Reverend Scott was a minister who resided in East Carroll Parish until his death in 1980. He believed that people should stand up for their human and civil rights and for those of their fellow man. He believed that people should resist and never be satisfied with unfair treatment. Submit an essay that tells why you would like to awarded a scholarship that memorializes the life of this Christian activist, as well as a video explaining how you would honor his legacy.
