This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live or attend school in the greater Hartford, Connecticut area. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must rank in the top third of their class and plan to study vocal or instrumental music at the college level. Applicants must have have participated in community service or extracurricular activities, plan to enroll full-time in a four-year college/university, and demonstrate financial need.
