Scholarships in memory of Ron will be awarded to graduating seniors who have participated in high school athletics and are seeking educational opportunities in teaching/education. Eligible candidates shall be graduating seniors from any public school within the greater Battle Creek area who have participated in a minimum of one sport for at least two years of their high school career who will be seeking education at a 2 or 4 year college or university in the field of teaching/education. Graduating seniors must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater. Financial need may also be considered. Applicant should demonstrate active involvement in his/her high school and service to their community through one letter of recommendation from an educator, such as the athletic director, coach, teacher, or counselor. Preference will be given to applicants who participated in at least one sport on the varsity level. Sign Up to Start Applying
